Nationl Women's Law Center 2011 Annual Dinner

The National Women's Law Center's annual dinner in 2011 paid tribute to the Women Freedom Riders, on the 50th anniversary year of their courageous rides, for their strength, courage, and steadfast commitment to justice and equality.

Also in attendance was special guest President Barack Obama, who delivered an inspiring keynote speech during which he praised the work of the Freedom Riders, spoke of the need to continue advancing women's rights, and celebrated being "surrounded by so many powerful and accomplished women."

The dinner, held in November 2011, was co-chaired by Stephen Cutler (Executive Vice President & General Counsel, JPMorgan Chase & Co.) and Louise M. Parent (Executive Vice President & General Counsel, American Express). Click here to see the complete list of sponsors.
