Tell Members of Congress to Increase Investments in Early Learning

Congress has an incredible opportunity to expand access to early learning experiences for our youngest and most vulnerable children through investments in three key programs. The President's early learning initiative would:

  1. Expand voluntary home-visiting programs that support parents with young children. These programs offer parent education and connect parents with resources that help them promote their children's health, well-being, learning, and development.
  2. Expand high-quality early learning opportunities for children from birth through age three by increasing investments in Early Head Start and child care programs that meet high standards.
  3. Expand high-quality prekindergarten to all four-year-olds, starting with children from low- and moderate-income families, through state-federal partnerships. These programs will make sure children enter school ready to succeed.

Tell your Members of Congress that we expect them to increase investments in early learning.
