Resources for Advocates and Service Providers
Service providers and advocates can help put money in the pockets of families by serving as resources on federal tax credits.

Tax Credits Fact Sheet. Learn more about how tax credits can put money back in families’ pockets. State-by-State List of Child and Dependent Care Tax Provisions. Find out which states have these provisions. Making Care Less Taxing: Improving State Child and Dependent Care Tax Provisions This report examines tax-based approaches for financing child care at both the state and federal levels.
Spread the Word:
Become a Community Partner by joining the National Women's Law Center in helping families get the information they need to claim tax credits.
Flier on the Federal Tax Credits. Download and distribute fliers on the federal tax credits available to families. These fliers will be available in English, Spanish, Chinese, and Vietnamese.
Work with the Media Tip Sheet to Spread the Word About Valuable Tax Credits. If you need help working with the media, please contact the National Women's Law Center.
