Secretary Solis on the Ledbetter Act Anniversary

Check out this blog post from Secretary Hilda Solis. As she points out, we have a lot to celebrate with the Ledbetter Act but also a long, long way to go. The next step is really the Paycheck Fairness Act, which provides the right incentives for employers to move the ball forward and pay their workers fairly and the right tools for workers to address wage discrimination.
