Workplace Discrimination
Workplace discrimination comes in many forms, including the persistent gap in pay between men and women. Some of this discrimination is due to stereotypes about women in the workplace.
American women who work full-time, year-round are paid only 77 cents for every dollar paid to their male counterparts. We're working to reduce this wage gap and to ensure that male and female employees get equal pay and benefits for comparable work.
