Coalition Letter in Support of The Children First Act of 2011

On June 24, 2011, the Child Care and Early Learning Coalition sent a letter in support of The Children First Act of 2011, introduced by Senator John Kerry (D-MA). The Children First Act of 2011 increases the mandatory funding portion of  the Child Care and Development Block Grant and makes several important improvements related to Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)-funded child care and parents who need child care who receive TANF benefits.
