Military Women Should Have Full Access to Reproductive Health Care

Military women’s access to reproductive health services has been severely restricted under current law and Department of Defense policy. Although the focus of this position paper is on the effect of the restrictions on military women, the restrictions also apply to the detriment of dependents of both military men and women.
