Several other national organizations and campaigns are doing great work on health care reform.

- AFL-CIO
The American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations is a voluntary federation of 56 national and international labor unions.
- American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees
AFSCME is a union made up of a diverse group of people who share a common commitment to public service.
- Baylor College of Medicine Center for Research on Women with Disabilities (CROWD)
CROWD is a research center that works to promote, develop, and disseminate information to improve the health and expand the life choices of women with disabilities.
- Community Catalyst
Community Catalyst is a national non-profit advocacy organization working to build the consumer and community leadership that is required to transform the American health system.
- Families USA
Families USA is a national organization advocating for high-quality, affordable health and long-term care for all Americans.
- Herndon Alliance
The Herndon Alliance is a nationwide non-partisan coalition that works to expand the base of people supporting affordable health care for all, and increase the breadth and depth of voices working and speaking out for health care reform.
- National Partnership for Women and Families
The National Partnership for Women & Families is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that uses public education and advocacy to promote fairness in the workplace, quality health care, and policies that help women and men meet the dual demands of work and family.
- Raising Women's Voices
Raising Women's Voices is a national initiative to engage a broad array of women's health advocates in local, state, and national health reform discussions in support of quality, affordable health care for all.
- SEIU
Focused on uniting workers in four sectors - hospital systems, long-term care, property services, and public services - SEIU is the largest health care union, the largest property services union, and the second-largest public employees union.
- Universal Health Care Action Network
UHCAN works at the state and national level to engage the public, policy makers, and key constituencies to achieve affordable, quality health care for all.

The Women's Universal Health Initiative is a project of the Women's Health Institute that focuses on how we - as women - can work for health reform to create a fair and just health system; aims to inform and educate diverse communities of women to work for health care reform; and provides resources and encourages all women to become advocates within, and for, our own respective communities.
