National Women's Law Center Files Brief in Ollier v. Sweetwater

The National Women's Law Center filed an amicus brief in the case Ollier v. Sweetwater in the 9th Circuit. The case involves several questions of importance in the continuing effort to ensure that women and girls are treated equally in athletics. In our brief, we focus on the validity and practicality of OCR’s three-part test, as well as the need to allow class retaliation suits, especially given the coach/team relationship.
