Recent state jobs data show that unemployment rates in the states remain at record highs, with several states more than doubling their pre-recession numbers. This chart breaks down, by state, the unemployment rate increase since the start of the recession as well as the number of unemployment insurance recipients who will lose benefits starting in December 2010.
