Share Your Story: Do you know someone who has benefited from tax credits?

The National Women’s Law Center is collecting stories about how federal and state tax credits made a difference for families this year. We know you see the difference tax credits make, and we want to hear from you!

The stories we collect will help our campaign reach more families next year, so that they can use these credits to their advantage. In addition, putting a name and a face to the people who benefit from these tax credits helps members of Congress understand how the decisions they make affect people’s lives. Recent improvements in the Child Tax Credit and Earned Income Tax Credit expire at the end of this year, and Congress will soon decide whether or not to extend them. These stories will help us to protect tax credits for working families in the months to come.
