NWLC Wins Supreme Court Victory for Plaintiff in Title IX Sexual Harassment Case

“NWLC took my case all the way to the Supreme Court and won. As a result, other students who are harassed will get the help that I didn’t, and schools will do more to protect students.”  La Shonda Davis was the plaintiff in Davis v. Monroe County Board of Education, which held that schools are accountable under Title IX for student-to-student sexual harassment.
